Why No Returns?

Ovii is a clinically supported supplement designed for daily use. Due to the consumable nature of our product, we cannot accept returned items for resale or reuse. This policy helps us maintain the highest quality and safety standards for every order.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders? We’ve Got You Covered!

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 10 days of delivery at support@ovii.com with:

✔ Your order number

✔ Photos clearly showing the issue

Our team will review your case and find the best solution—whether that’s a replacement or a refund.

Return Shipping Costs

If a return is approved (such as in the case of a damaged or incorrect item), return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility. We do not provide prepaid return labels.

Refunds (When Applicable)

If a refund is approved for a damaged or incorrect order:
- It will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.
- Banks and credit card companies may take extra time to post the refund.
- If you haven’t received your refund within 15 business days after approval, reach out to us at support@ovii.com, and we’ll check on it for you.

Subscription Orders

You can cancel your subscription anytime, but to avoid being charged for your next order, be sure to cancel before your next shipment processes.
